Satelita geostacjonarny

Budowa satelity

How to made the model of geostationery satelite:
1.Find the ball
2.Cut the pipe to make the base
3.Strighten the hanger to make the stright wire
4.Drill to hole in the base and fix there the wire and bend in like "L" letter
5.Stick the ball to the base
6.Shape 2 satellite and one geostetionary satelite from foil
7.Stick geostationary satelite at the ond of the wire
8.Stick 2 satellites on the ball (on equator and on the polar circle)
9.You have the simple model of geostationary satellite

Geostationary orbit

A geostationary orbit is a terrestrial orbit - special case of the orbit geosynchronicznej which assures for satellite circling all over it keeping the permanent position above the chosen point of the equator of the Earth. The geostationary orbit is a circular orbit and he/she is running at the 35 786 km level (42 160 km from the centre of the Earth), that is in situ where the strength of the gravity is being balanced by the centrifugal force in the tied arrangement with the turning Earth. She is being used mainly by geostationary satellites, especially telecommunications and meteorological. Putting telecommunications satellites in the geostationary orbit lets the contact for holding the constant with them at using directional antennae without the need of unceasing changing direction to place the aerial. An impossibility to embrace is a fault with reach of big latitudes (of circumpolar surroundings).

A bit of mathematicses

Period of the turnover of the satellite geostationary he is equal of the period of the turnover of the earth:

The frequency of rotations amounts:

The speed in the geostationary orbit amounts

The Earth makes one turnover during the sidereal day, so its angle speed amounts:

The centripetal acceleration amounts:

In the circular orbit power working on the body is a centripetal force. In this case a strength of the gravitational attraction attracting the satellite toward the middle is this power of the Earth. In the geostationary orbit the currency of the Earth through the satellite is equal of the turnaround time of the Earth i.e. the precisely 1 sidereal day.

    Communication of satellites:

  • Geostationary satellite

The geostationary satellite is an artificial satellite of the Earth put in the so-called geostationary orbit in the equatorial plain in the distance of 37,600 km from the equator. This orbit is characterized by the fact that the object put on it is moving simultaneously to the turnover of the globe independently of its mass (the currency of the Earth is for such a satellite is exactly equal of astronomical twenty-four hours). In the process a fastened permanently and pointed at it directional antenna is always placed in appropriate direction.

    Komunikacja satelitów:

  • Trochę matematyki

Okres obrotu satelity geostacjonarnej jest równy okresowi obrotu ziemi i wynosi:

    Częstotliwosć obrotów wynosi:

Prędkość satelity na orbicie geostacjonarnej wynosi:

Ziemia wykonuje jeden obrót w czasie doby gwiazdowej, więc jej prędkość kątowa:

    Przyspieszenie dorodkowe wynosi:
